OUR TECHNOLOGY

PATENTED HYDROCARBON

PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

We have developed patented hydrocarbon processing technology that is uniquely designed to produce a range of high-profit end products, including asphalt, diesel, gasoline, and aviation fuel, all with net-zero greenhouse gas emissions.

Net-Zero Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Net-Zero Carbon:

  • This technology surpasses government emissions regulations by generating net-zero greenhouse gas emissions and net-zero carbon dioxide.

Efficient and Cost-Effective Closed-Loop System with an Emphasis on Safety:

  • Our technology employs a low-pressure, low-temperature, closed-loop system, which not only reduces safety risks but also minimizes environmental impact.

  • The system operates at lower temperatures and pressures, and it efficiently recycles heat throughout various components. This efficiency leads to lower production costs, making the process more economical.

Modular Reactor Units for

Flexibility and Efficiency:

  • Each Modular Reactor unit has a production capacity of 3,400 barrels of product per day and is adaptable to a wide range of feedstock (API 8-50).

  • The units produce end products based on feedstock weight, with heavier grades used for asphalt production and lighter grades for fuels, kerosene, naphtha, and more.

  • The small footprint of each unit (2,400 sq ft) increases safety through automation and redundancy, while reducing labor costs.

Scalability and Efficient Site Usage:

  • The system allows for scalability, with the potential to chain multiple units together to achieve higher capacities, even exceeding 100,000 barrels per day.

  • The technology's efficiency is evident in its low site acquisition cost, with a 10,000 BOPD plant occupying approximately 20 acres.
